Notice,new function will be add the next week,it is to stop the mean ppls,i always punish or waning them by  myself,and after checking it,sometimes i always first waning them to stop,but some of them not,so we add this function.

the mean ppls will  get the punishment automatically when they say bad words here,no matter in the guestbook,blog,message or  the game comments.

1)the first time they say,they will get a warning imediately

2)the second time they say,they will get a serious warning

3)the third time they say bad words,they  will be punished by can not write any thing for 7 days

4)the third time they say bad words,they will be blocked the time the write the bad words

and all that don't need you report,when the mean ppls write that they will get the punishment.
